A professional non-executive director and strategy consultant working in the leisure, retail and mixed-use private and public real estate sectors. Over three decades, His investment / fund management experience covers all segments from institutional grade to failed asset regeneration and strategically from long term owner to developer trader.  

Pete has held more than 30 board / trustee positions for a diverse range of private sector owner investors including Schroders, Hammerson, Allied London and XPE Group. His specific board skills centre around governance, investment repositioning strategy, marketing, customer service and people.

Pete lists major UK cities including Birmingham and Bristol among his public sector clients.  He is currently chairman of LQX, an immersive entertainment start up serving global gaming and film IP’s.
