In June 2025, RLI proudly marked its 20th Anniversary with an unforgettable two-day celebration in London – a city synonymous with innovation, creativity and global commerce. The RLI Connect Global Forum and the 20th Anniversary Global RLI Awards brought together the most influential voices and visionary leaders from around the world for a forward-thinking look at the future of retail and leisure.
The event featured dynamic discussions, high-impact networking, immersive experiences and world-class entertainment – all under one roof. A curated forum designed to explore innovation, investment, and immersive experiences. Leaders from across the retail and leisure landscape shared groundbreaking insights, from AI integration and phygital spaces to placemaking and the convergence of retail and tourism. Attendees forged powerful partnerships and uncovered bold new opportunities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

VIP Networking Reception at Swingers West End
In collaboration with Swingers West End, our exclusive reception combined immersive entertainment with meaningful connections in a relaxed setting. It was the perfect close to a day of strategic conversations and visionary ideas.
Day Two:
Future Retail Experiences Tour
Delegates embarked on a curated journey through London’s most progressive retail destinations. From flagship stores and new concept spaces to storytelling-driven experiences and tech-forward environments, the tour showcased how London continues to shape the future of physical retail.

Global RLI Awards – 20th Anniversary Edition
The 2025 Global RLI Awards marked two decades of celebrating excellence across the retail and leisure sectors. Held in true RLI style, the evening featured iconic West-End entertainment, a black-tie gala atmosphere and well-deserved recognition for outstanding projects, brands and industry pioneers.
