Davide Padoa is Chief Executive Officer and Principal of British architecture firm Design International.

An Architect OAM/RIBA, Davide joined Design International in 1998 and has been a driving creative force behind the practice’s bespoke design philosophy, shaping projects that reflect its distinctive architectural approach.

As CEO, he oversees the firm’s strategic direction, commercial performance, ESG commitments and innovation initiatives through Design International Campus. He also leads the architectural vision of every project, ensuring quality from initial concept through to completion.
