ROSHN, a national community developer and Public Investment Fund project,
is focused on contributing to the demands for increased homeownership across Saudi Arabia.

Chaired by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of Council of Economic Development Affairs, ROSHN aims to increase the rate of homeownership to 70%
within the next 10 years.

As part of Vision 2030, ROSHN will improve residents’ quality of life, provide jobs and create opportunities nationwide.
