What are the Registration Policies?

Confirmation of retailer registration will only be sent on receipt of your registration form and any applicable payments for additional Delegates and/or Awards seats. Payment must be made by World Pay or bank transfer. Payments to be made in UK Sterling. Delegates are responsible for their own travel and hotel accommodations. If needed, we can issue a letter confirming your attendance for visa processing.

I need a receipt for my registration.

Upon completion of registration, your invoice/receipt and confirmation details will be sent to you. If you have not received them, please call +44 (0) 1706 212 200

How do I process my registration?

Once you have registered and we have received any applicable payments you will be sent further details, including how to arrange meetings during the event.
