George Tanasijevich serves as the Chief Executive Officer of King Salman Park Foundation, which is developing a 16 square kilometer site in central Riyadh that will include one of the world’s largest urban parks, residential
properties, office buildings, retail and F&B outlets, entertainment facilities, MICE, numerous museums and cultural attractions, among other things. King Salman Park is one of the key giga projects under the 2030
Vision for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Tanasijevich served as both Managing Director of Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Managing Director of Global Development for Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS). In this dual role, he focused on the expansion of MBS and development
opportunities in new markets in Asia on behalf of LVS. He also served as a member of the Marina Bay Sands Board of Directors.

Mr. Tanasijevich previously served as President and CEO of Marina Bay Sands from 2011 to 2020, at which time he had overall responsibility for the operations of the property. During this period, MBS became widely-regarded
as the leading Integrated Resort in the world due to its financial performance and its impact on Singapore’s economy, tourism industry, labor market and image as a business and leisure tourism destination.

Prior to serving as President and CEO, he project managed Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s successful bid to develop Singapore’s Integrated Resort at Marina Bay. In this capacity, he was the company’s senior representative in Singapore
coordinating a large team of professionals from the financial, legal, construction, design, operations and marketing fields during both the bid competition and the development phase.

He is the recipient of Singapore’s 2023 “Lifetime Achievement Award for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism”, the Singapore Tourism Board’s highest accolade.
