If you are looking to lease space in a new or existing shopping centre, town centre, high street, outlet or transit scheme, you are eligible to book a meeting room package.
How does the Meeting Room Package work?
All meeting room packages will be set up for you prior to you turning up for the event, personalised with your company name. All pre-arranged meetings will take place in your room unless otherwise stated.
What do I need to prepare for the event?
In order for you to have a successful event it is essential that you plan your schedule in advance and research those Retailers and Leisure Operators you wish to meet prior to the event. If you do not pre-arrange meetings you will not reap the benefits as Retailers/Leisure Operators tend to organise their itineraries and have little or no time for additional meetings.
How do I arrange meetings with Retailers and Leisure Operators?
You can do this through the online meeting system or you can contact retailers directly. The RLI Connect Istanbul team can also assist you in introducing you to possible Retailers/Leisure Operators and will liaise with you to ensure the smooth running of your day.
How do Retailers hear of the event?
The RLI Connect Istanbul team will be inviting Retailers/Leisure Operators to attend the event, it will also be advertised each month in RLI, the world’s only global Retail and Leisure magazine, which is also circulated at major international events ensuring unprecedented awareness globally. E-shots will be sent out weekly and we will have a dedicated website to connect all registered delegates. Social Media will also enhance awareness through the following channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and a dedicated blog.
